An early morning house fire in Milwaukee has left multiple individuals without a residence on the south side of the city on Monday, November 27. The fire ignited near Union and Greenfield in Milwaukee at approximately 1 a.m.

Officials suspect that the fire originated in the attic of the structure. During the incident, one firefighter received treatment for a minor ankle injury. The Red Cross is providing assistance to the two families who were displaced as a result of the fire.
